- Retry the transaction if the request expires
No. Online card transactions are now confirmed through ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ requests in the Dubai First Mobile app.
The payment will be cancelled immediately and your card will remain protected.
For supplementary card transactions, the authentication request will be sent to the primary cardholder’s Dubai First Mobile app for approval or decline. Supplementary cardholders will not receive authentication requests for online transactions.
Yes. In-app approvals apply to eligible online transactions made with Dubai First Credit Cards.
The transaction will expire in 3 minutes and won’t be completed. You can retry the purchase to receive a new approval request.
