Dubai First Scoops Most Innovative Consumer Marketing Campaign Award

Leading consumer finance company, Dubai First, a wholly owned subsidiary of FGB, recently scooped the ‘Most Innovative Consumer Marketing Campaign’ award for the Middle East and Africa Region at the MasterCard Innovation Forum 2014, for its Dubai Moments Credit Card.

Dubai First launched the Dubai Moments Credit Card earlier this year to recognize and celebrate Dubai’s reputation as a city that achieves something new every day and makes dreams come true. The card offers customers the best of Dubai in the form of bespoke Diamond, Sapphire, Gold and Silver Moments worth AED 3 million annually. The two-day MasterCard Innovation Forum, held in Singapore from September 24 to 25, was attended by over 400 MasterCard partners from the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia, and showcased the latest trends in products and marketing across the card payments industry.

The card offers a wide range of Dubai moments including bespoke experiences such as ‘live like a celebrity for a week’ and ‘enjoy a dream weekend’ in Dubai, as well as warm welcomes at Dubai’s landmark hotels. Cardholders can also experience various Dubai events throughout the year, in addition to attractive lifestyle privileges such as valet parking, worldwide airport lounge access, rounds of golf, private chauffeur services, access to prestigious health clubs in the UAE, cinema tickets and more.

The feature rich loyalty programme rewards regular usage, and offers bonuses on transactions made in Dubai and accelerated rewards at select Dubai landmarks. The card also has chip and pin functionality, offering enhanced security.
