Mohamed Binbrek is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties Group, a holding company that consolidates all operations into six distinct business units, which focus on real estate verticals such as hospitality, property services, international investments, retail, engineering and real estate development.

Since joining the organization in 2002, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer and subsequently became the Chief Officer - Administration & Portfolio Management. Mohamed was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in December 2006.

Prior to his role with Dubai Properties, Mohamed served as Vice President of Citibank in the UAE where he managed the daily operations and business development for the Consumer Bank. During his 14 years at Citibank he held a number of key positions including Service Quality Director, Director of Access Channels, Head of Investments and Distribution.

Mohamed started his professional career with the ABN Bank in UAE and spent 5 years in the Corporate Bank as a Relationship Manager as well as  the Operations Manager .

 

Mohamed Binbrek has been Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties Ltd. since December 2006. Since joining the Dubai Properties Ltd. in 2002, Mr. Binbrek has served as the Chief Operating Officer and subsequently became the Chief Officer - Administration & Portfolio Management. He served as Vice President of Citibank in the UAE where he managed the daily operations and business development for the Consumer Bank. During his 14 years at Citibank he held a number of key … positions including Service Quality Director, Director of Access Channels, Head of Investments and Distribution. He started his professional career with the ABN Bank in UAE and spent 5 years in the Corporate Bank as a Relationship Manager as well as the Operations Manager. A UAE National, he has over 23 years experience in property development, retail, investment, and commercial banking. He serves as an Independent Director of NASDAQ Dubai Limited and Khaleej Times. He graduated in 1983 in Social Science from London, England.
