Paying Your Utility Bills is easy !!
- Please keep the Etisalat / Dewa bill ready and call 04-506 8888
- Press 2 for “English” / 1 for Arabic THEN press 1 for “Existing Customers”
- Enter your 16-digit Dubai First Credit Card number and your Telephone Identification number (TIN)
- Press 3 for Utility Bill Payment
- Press 1 to pay for your fixed line bill
- Press 2 to pay for your GSM mobile bill
- Press 3 to pay for your Al Shamil or Dial-up Internet account bill
- Press 4 to pay for your E-Vision account bill
- Press 5 to recharge or renew your Wasel account
- Once you have made a selection, you will then be asked to follow simple instructions to pay your Etisalat bill
- You will then be asked to follow simple instructions to pay your Dewa bill

Press 2 to pay your Dubai Electricity and Water Authority Bills
Your Etisalat bill payment will reflect immediately, and your Utility Bill will reflect within 3 working days. Payment details will appear in your next monthly statement.
