What is Dubai First Rewards?
Dubai First Rewards is a program that rewards you for using your Dubai First Credit Card! You will be automatically enrolled into the program. Every time you use your Dubai First Credit Card (Primary or Supplementary) you accumulate Reward points, which we call DubaiDinars. These DubaiDinars can be exchanged for a variety of exciting gifts.
How do I enroll in the Rewards Program?
Enrollment is automatic and free. All cardmembers are automatically enrolled on activation of their credit card.
How are my points calculated?
Every Dirham spent on your Dubai First Credit Card gets you a DubaiDinar. For example if you spend AED 1000, you will receive 1000 DubaiDinars.
Do I earn DubaiDinars for all my transactions?
You will earn DubaiDinars for all your retail purchases made anywhere in the world at the rate of one DubaiDinar for every Dirham spent on your Dubai First Credit Card.
How can I get DubaiDinars faster?
Simply by using your Dubai First Credit Card for all your transactions. For every eligible transaction, be it big or small, you can accumulate DubaiDinars. Be it in supermarkets, in department stores, in petrol stations, for buying your air tickets etc. - the more you use your Dubai First Credit Card, the faster you can accumulate DubaiDinars. So just keep using your Dubai First Credit Card instead of paying by cash or any other credit card and start earning DubaiDinars faster.
Can I start redeeming my DubaiDinars immediately?
Yes. You can start redeeming your DubaiDinars whenever you wish. There is no waiting period for you to start getting your gifts. DubaiDinars awarded under the DUBAI FIRST REWARDS PROGRAM will never expire. This means you can keep collecting your DubaiDinars. Your DubaiDinars will not expire until they are exchanged for gifts.
How do I know the number of DubaiDinars I have accumulated?
This will appear in your monthly credit card statement. You can also call Dubai First Contact Center on 04-506 8888 to know the number of DubaiDinars you have accumulated.
How can I get gifts for my DubaiDinars?
In the Rewards Catalogue you will find the gifts you can get with the number of DubaiDinars indicated against each item. You can call Dubai First Contact Center on 04-506 8888 and request for the gift of your choice. After you have confirmed your selection of the gift(s) / Voucher(s), we will arrange to send them to you.
Can I gift my DubaiDinars to somebody else?
No. Your DubaiDinars are not transferable and cannot be gifted to any person.
Can I redeem DubaiDinars for my Annual Membership Fees?
Yes you can. You can get either 100% of your full Annual Membership Fee or 50% of the Fee credited to your account. The number of DubaiDinars required for this is mentioned in the Catalogue.
Under what conditions DubaiDinars cannot be redeemed?
Cardmembers cannot redeem DubaiDinars if the minimum amount due is unpaid within the due date or if the DubaiFirst Credit Card account has been closed for credit / performance reasons.
