Cash payments through Emirates NBD Smart Deposit Machines (SDM): Dubai First has further extended its payment locations network. An exclusive collaboration with Emirates NBD Company makes it possible for you to pay your Dubai First Credit Card bills by cash through the Smart Deposit Machines (SDMs) of Emirates Bank & National Bank of

SWIFT transfer:
You can also make your payment via a SWIFT transfer to Dubai First’s account with Emirates Bank. Please note the following details which are required to effect your SWIFT transfer:
- Beneficiary Account – Dubai First / ( Your 16 digit Dubai First credit card number )
- Beneficiary Name - ( Your name )
- Payment Amount – ( Amount in Dirhams you are paying )
- SWIFT Code – EBILAEAD

Payment by cheque:
You can mail your cheque to Dubai First, PO Box 111656, Dubai, UAE; using the prepaid envelope which accompanies your monthly statement. The cheque should be drawn in favour of “Dubai First” with the card number mentioned on the reverse.

- Drop Box at DIFC, located at Platinum Concierge Desk ( DIFC East Gate )
Please allow an additional 3 days for cheque processing.
Instant Etisalat payment by IVR:
- Cardmember can pay for Landline, Mobile, Al Shamil, Evision, Renew or Recharge Wasel
- Cardmember would get extra 5% credit on Wasel account recharge.
- IVR would remember last account used by Customer for all the above products. (6 accounts would be saved including DEWA)
- Other then Wasel recharge for all accounts current outstanding would be played from Etisalat system hence customer would hear their respective outstanding and would have an option to clear the total outstanding or a part of it.
Payment made would immediately reflect in users system as Etisalat system is online eg if someone’s connection has been disconnected due to non payment, the line would be active immediately once customer makes a payment through our IVR.
